I found a great 2bd2ba apartment in Santa Ana. I visited the property, and it has a beautiful pool, and a pretty large and clean fitness center. Laundry rooms are onsite, not too far from the apartment. The landscaping is beautiful, and theres a clubhouse thats available to rent out near the pool. Its near by a Planet Fitness and a Walmart. They give us 2 parking spaces, uncovered.
They do allow up to 2 pets up to 35lbs with a $500 deposit and an additional $30/mo.
I am looking to move out of my parents house, to be closer to my job. Im looking for a chill roommate to live with. I travel for work, so I could be gone for 2-3 weeks at a time. I enjoy reading, painting, and you might hear me play my ukelele and sing around the apartment, but dont worry, I wont play or sing loudly after 11pm.
