Recently renovated house with a large yard. FEMALE TENANTS ONLY. NO COUPLES.

My mom and I live in our house we renovated a couple years ago, and are renting out 2/5 rooms (Total of 4 people will be living in the house). One of our tenants is moving out, and I am looking to rent out her room. Both rooms are located on the second story with a shared bathroom across the hall. You will share the bathroom with the existing female tenant. The 5th room will be left empty as a guest room. Security Deposit is $1350. Note: The closet now has a door.

You will have access to our kitchen, and are free to use our Refrigerator. If you do choose to bring your own refrigerator for your room, or you would like to bring a personal a/c or radiator, the rent will be $50 more per month due to the extra electricity. Otherwise, all utilities are included. You will have free access to the Laundry Room located in the house on the first floor. You are free to park your car in our driveway– limit one car per room. Free Wi-Fi.

No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no parties, and no overnight guests.

My mom is a dentist and small business owner, and I travel for work, so I will be out of the house pretty frequently.

We are both women, so we will only accept female tenants.
