Ideal for someone who is very clean, organized, quiet, respectful, creative. Room is very spacious, with plenty of closet space, great sunlight, fully furnished with dresser, nightstand, desk, Roku TV, and access to Hulu subscription. All utilities included. Shared areas include entire house (kitchen, bathroom, living room and den; no access to garage, shed or basement apartment where another tenant is) Will have house to yourself from w January to May. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Laundry is off site. Must be open to an in person meet and tour of the house.
I work mostly afternoon shifts and do not get home until 9. When I am home, I am either in the kitchen cooking or sewing, or in my room to myself. Since I work on a farm, I am always bringing home fresh locally grown produce that is free. (you wouldn’t need to buy groceries if you are a healthy eater who enjoys fruits and vegetables!)
**From January to May, I’ll be away — so you’ll have the entire house to yourself, unless I return briefly for a family emergency or my birthday.
I was born and raised in East Hampton but also lived in Southampton as well as this is also my childhood home so I know the East End and all of Long Island very well. I own and operate a small handcrafted accessories business where I vend at the Southampton Farmer’s Market in the summer. I work full time on a farm until December.
I love to learn different things and have several hobbies. I am quiet and keep to myself but am very outgoing and fun once you get to know me well.
