Ideal for a caddie, seasonal worker, or professional who is clean, quiet, organized, responsible, and keeps to themselves. References and a valid driver’s license are required. No couples, no pets, and no smoking. Please reach out with a brief introduction and your desired move-in date. (Must be willing to come for an in person meet of the room and home.)

The home is shared with the owner and myself (granddaughter) I work as a Closing Manager at a local farm stand and also own a small business that I operate at the Southampton Farmers Market on Sundays. When I’m not working, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, baking, and occasionally traveling on weekends. I stay busy but also enjoy relaxing at home when I have time off. The house is typically very quiet, respectful, and peaceful, making it a great fit for someone looking for a calm living environment.
