Hello and thank you for checking out my room. I have a first floor fully furnished two bedroom, two bath apartment on a split floor plan. The room has a walk-in closet, ensuite bath, queen size adjustable bed, dresser, chest of drawers, and two nightstands with lamps.
The kitchen is quite nice and you will have your own space to store dry foods or any kitchen gadgets that you might have. There’s quite a bit of room in the refrigerator.
And one of the best features in my opinion is a full size washer and dryer located in the home!
Children are welcome to visit. Absolutely no smokers (even outside) since I am allergic to the smoke. No heavy drinking/partying. NOT a drug-friendly home.
I’m a 60 y/o female that is a non-smoker, no drugs, low drama. I keep a clean place. My kitty is fixed, kind but keeps to herself mostly. I like to cook and try new foods. I’m kinda quiet. I am up early every day and work 8-12 hours per day, 5-7 days per week.
I love kids, animals of all sorts, playing cards and board games, arts & crafts.
