I’m have a two bedroom, two bath apartment in north Newport News (think the airport area). It’s ground floor, quiet area, pool very close.

I’m looking for a non-smoker, no drugs, no heavy partying person to rent a large unfurnished room with a walk-in closet.

I have a cat, and I’m open to a cat or dog as long as the two animals get along. My cat is handicapped, and she gets along well with people, but I am unsure about other animals as I have never had another animal since I got her about three years ago.

I apologize, but I do not have any photos of the apartment.

Me: I’m an older female that works a lot of hours and a lot of days each month. I am a non-smoker, no drugs, rare drinker, but I do like the socialize. I’m also allergic to air fresheners, incense, and bleach and cannot have them in the apartment. I like to cook and eat healthy.
