I’m going to be renting a two bedroom, two bath apartment in downtown Newport News the first week of August 2026.

I’m looking for a non-smoker, no drugs, no heavy partying person to rent an unfurnished room. Although the complex does have an elevator, you must be able to use the stairs in case there’s a fire in the building as the apartment is on the 10th floor.

I have a cat, and I’m open to a cat or dogs as long as the two animals get along. My cat is handicapped, and she gets along well with people, but I am unsure about other animals as I have never had another animal since I got her about three years ago.

I apologize, but I do not have any photos of the apartment, because it’s not available at the moment. I did include a few of me though.

Me: I’m an older female that works a lot of hours and a lot of days each month. I am a non-smoker, no drugs, rare drinker, but I do like the socialize. I’m also allergic to air fresheners, incense, and bleach and cannot have them in the apartment. I like to cook and eat healthy.
