Unfurnished room will have your own fridge and its located in downtown Clermont with access to a huge private pool. Walking distance from the Lake and Beach. You will be contributing monthly for the room from me as a roommate. Note this is not a rooming house. It’s is my home and I will share it with good people that need a place to live in peace. I am hardly ever there as I travel for business alot so no worries 👍. Call me to discuss $800 or maybe a larger room with wood flooring, corner room for $875 will be available same time. I can arrange viewing as needed. But you will definitely like the room.
