Unfurnished room located in downtown Clermont with access to a huge private pool. Walking distance from the Lake and Beach. You will be contributing monthly for the room from me as a roommate. Note this is not a rooming house. It’s is my home and I will share it with good people that need a place to live in peace. I am hardly ever there as I travel for business alot so no worries 👍
