A few important things to know up front so there are no surprises: This room is partially shared — about half of it is used for my storage / small office, so you’d have your own sleeping space but we’d share access as needed. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The household is co-ed. No overnight guests, since this is a shared room situation. No pets — I already have one dog in the house.
The 1400 sqft house itself is spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen, shared living areas, laundry in-unit, and a backyard. It’s in a quiet residential area close to studios, shopping, and freeways.
