Hello!

I’m looking to sublet 1 full bedroom (ROOM 1), and shared bathroom in a 1400 sqft house. Mutual access to kitchen, yard, living room. No couples or extra pets.

There is tons of free street parking, washer, dryer and fridge on the premises. Hardwood floors throughout the house. The rest of the house is furnished. The rented room is NOT furnished.

You will be responsible for your own cooking wares, utensils, toilet paper.

Close to Bob Hope Airport, Chandler Bike Path, a bunch of yoga/boxing studios on Burbank Blvd, and Portos.

A security deposit, and good credit is required. A cleaning fee ($80) will be deducted at the end of the lease. Internet/Utilities is a flat $30 on top of rent.
