Hi potential roomies! You have a full bathroom and room to yourself with a large closet, parking and a backyard for relaxing. The three bedroom home is a ranch style & the house has security cameras with neighborhood watch for safety.

Utilities for Gas, water & electricity for you are usually $100 flat extra per month included in rent. I only need someone for the month of January and February but not after those dates. The security deposit is NON refundable and do background checks as well but it serves as partial last months rent. No smoking, pot/drugs, must have a clean background record with no criminality and reliable source of monthly income. Marijuana choices are your own but kindly ask that our home is respected and not done at the home, outside is your business. If you’d like your own cable, that is your expense. Just a room for one please, all other applicants will be rejected. No couples renting together or added cats or dogs since the home is not a two story.

The bathroom is yours and the door comes with a lock for your privacy.

I am a photographer, children’s book author and magazine owner who travels sometimes for work. I’m a low key room mate who has two dogs and loves drama free who lives with my husband. I keep a clean home as best as I can and are respectful of your space. The dogs LOVE people so they are not aggressive. We are having a baby in March so no roommate is needed that month & on And is good for people transitioning to or from Georgia needing a temporary stay.
