The property is a duplex; our neighbors are in the back unit. All tenants in our area are working adults (except me). It’s a quiet neighborhood and the street is lined with beautiful magnolia trees. We are centrally located across from the Pacific View Mall and have access to restaurants, 24- hour fitness, Target, Trader Joe’s, and other shopping. A Starbucks is literally around the corner! We are a short walk to public transportation, and the 101 freeway. The room has a large closet, lots of space for a queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and more! Large windows (with shades) provide lots of sunlight. We share a bathroom. A washer/dryer (inside) is provided, as well as use of the fully equipped kitchen, including fridge space.
