Duplex in a great neighborhood! Updated entire space with new flooring, brand new kitchen & bathroom. All common spaces are furnished & are for us to share…furniture, TV, appliances, washer/dryer, cookware, dishes, etc. Common spaces are shared, but it is my home and rules outlined in the room rental agreement are to be followed. I’m open to discussion if the need comes up, but I’ll make the decision if any agreed upon living arrangements will be changed. Your private space is a great unfurnished or furnished bedroom! Just me! I’m a retired professional woman who enjoys socializing with my friends, going to the beach, and also spending time with my children and young grandchildren. They are over a couple times a week during the day or once in awhile for dinner/sleepover. So it would be important that my new roomie be kid-friendly! I prefer a woman to share the space in my home where I have lived for nearly a decade. With the new remodel the rent increased substantially,so I need to rent the spare room which is the larger of the 2 rooms. I’m a night owl, but quiet. My home is cozy, comfortable, and peaceful.
