I’m looking to rent one bedroom in a 5 bed, 2 bath top floor unit located within walking distance of Central Square.
The room comes as pictured, with the twin mattress and bed frame included, though those can be removed if not needed.
The unit features a well-equipped kitchen, two shared bathrooms, a small common area with a couch, counter-top seating and a balcony. There is a washer/dryer located in the unit. The apartment also has a patio area with seating and a bike rack.
The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Red line at Central. 10-minutes in the other direction will put you at Inman’s square, a hotspot for bars and restaurants. There is no dedicated parking, but street parking is available with a Cambridge parking permit.
There are currently four tenants, ranging from 22 to 32 years old. Over the last few weeks we’ve communicated well and managed different aspects of the unit without conflict. We’d appreciate rooming with people who are clean when it comes to common spaces, respectful of others and communicative.
