$1500/month includes all utilities - except internet. There is an existing internet line ready to be activated. Total square footage is about 780 sq. ft. This is an unfurnished, one bedroom, one full bath apt. with a separate side entrance. There is a walk-through closet that connects the bedroom to a smaller room/office. There is a back deck that looks out onto the backyard. Driveway parking is available for one car only. Street parking is also available.
Apartment has AC/heater units, fridge, washer/dryer, compact dishwasher, electric oven/stovetop, quartz kitchen countertop, vinyl floors, and blinds. The washer/dryer is in an unfinished storage space inside the apartment.

Driveway and apartment entry are at a steep decline. This is not ideal for those with mobility issues, especially when it rains.
The basement is below street level, so the plumbing requires an injector pump. There is no garbage disposal. Large debris cannot be discarded down any drains or down the toilet. ABOSLUTELY NO TAMPONS or BUTT WIPES down the toilet - this will break the pump.
The back yard is open to a pond. There are wild waterfowl in the yard most days. We ask that you do not bring dogs, cats, or children onto the property.
We will require a recent background check and credit report (no more than 3 months old).
We are a stable, happy, couple in our early 50s. We love our house and our neighbors. We don’t have pets or children. We occasionally make homemade chips and super-hot salsa that will make the skin on your face melt! We like to BBQ and talk sh#t and laugh about things that don’t make any sense in the world right now. We would appreciate a tenant that lets us know upfront about your expectations from us. And we will extend the same courtesy.
