We are in a quiet, residential, family neighborhood on the border of Tucker/Norcross. This is a split-level house with the available bedroom on the upper level. The front driveway is a little steep, so parking on the property might be for confident drivers only (street parking is flat). The bedroom is about 275 square feet and has a medium sized closet. It comes with a queen bed, futon chair, nightstand, dresser, and (optional) small refrigerator. You will have your own small, private, full bathroom with tub.

• SORRY: No couples and no additional pets (1 cat lives here).
• Absolutely no smoking or illicit drugs.
• Monthly rent ($900 paid in full) - includes utilities and laundry. Rent will be prorated based on moving dates. No rent in arrears or in weekly installments.
• Wifi is included, but not for personal cell phones.
• A negotiable roommate agreement/lease will be written.
• Credit check ($10) and Premium criminal background check ($40) is a MUST. If you use the background check service through the Roomies website, we can reimburse you $50 after move-in.

There will only be 2 other roommates in the house and one will only be in the house part-time. One is in his early 50s and the other roommate is in her mid-70s. There are stairs to climb in this house so this would NOT be ideal for someone with mobility issues. We are looking for someone who is a cat lover and would be willing to look after one cat while the roommates are away (we can talk about a slight deduction in rent during these times).

You will fit in here if you: have a sense of humor; are comfortable with direct and open communication; are that person who cleans up after yourself without having to be asked (common sense and common courtesy).

We would appreciate a house mate that lets us know upfront about your expectations from us. And we will extend the same courtesy. Message me to set up a time to see the space and to get an idea if you/we would be a good fit.
