•Smaller Room: $1250 Unfurnished, $1350 Furnished, $600 Security Deposit Refundable, Shared bathroom.
•Medium Room: $1400 Unfurnished, $1500 Furnished, $700 Security Deposit Refundable, Shared bathroom.
•Ensuite: $1550 Unfurnished, $1650 Furnished, $800 Security Deposit Refundable, Private bathroom.
Shared house: You will be sharing the house with other roommates in a clean and respectful environment. Shared half bathroom on the first floor and shared full bathroom on the second floor. Each roommate is responsible for their own space to keep clean and maintain.
Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer. Wi-Fi and bills included. You will have access to the kitchen, and fenced backyard. There is ample available parking on the street.
Location: You can walk to the community park and basketball court, restaurants, bus stops, and both Schofield and Wheeler Airfield Bases.
Rent: Per month with a refundable security deposit.
No Lease Required: Month-to-month, with 2 weeks’ notice to move out.
House Rules: • No smoking. • No drugs. • No pets.
NOTE: I have a male 5-month-old German Shepherd on the property, he is friendly but, still in training.
