All you need is a bag of clothes! Renting a clean, comfortable space in a convenient location with access to a vehicle (Volkswagen Jetta). Perfect for students or short-term residents. You will have a furnished en-suite with a linen closet, queen bed, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, desk and chair. You will have a TV, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room.

Shared house: You’ll be sharing the house with three other females, a male German Shepherd and a male black cat in a clean and respectful environment. There is a half bathroom on the first floor and kitchen will be shared. Will have own cabinet area in shared kitchen.

Rent: $1300 per month with a $500 deposit.

No Lease Required: Month-to-month, with two-week notice to move out.

Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer. Internet and bills included. Two fridges for ample space. You will have access to the kitchen, and outside patio.

Location: You can walk to Six Flags. You can walk to restaurants, the bus stops, and stores. 2 miles to Gurnee Mills, 9 miles to the Great Lakes Naval Training CTR, and 40 miles to downtown Chicago.

House Rules: • No smoking. • No drugs. • No pets.
