SOBER LIVING HOUSE 2 spaces for single men in one room ($750 each) & 3 spaces for singe women, Safe Landings is offering beds in sober house. Shared rooms Everyone in the house needs to be at least 30 days clean, must follow the same rules and abstain from drugs and alcohol. Applicant with cooperate with others that are staying at the home and do their share of chores. Monthly fee covers a twin bed with linen, electricity, water, sewer, garbage, wifi, and washer/drier. There is non refundable deposit of $250. Meals are not provided. This is transitional housing and should plan to stay from 3 months up to 18 months everyone is free to come and go during the day and there is a curfew. Recently renovated home in a local neighborhood.
Roommates change depending on space and community needs. The home will only be other males. No overnight guests are permitted Everyone is subject to entry drug testing and random weekly testing. All back grounds are welcome. No pets
