We live in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house in a beautiful neighborhood. We are looking to find someone to share a room with one of the tenants in the house. You’d be sharing the master bedroom. Everyone in the house is a working student so we’d prefer a professional/ student. The house includes gated parking as well as a garage for storage. We live 8 min from CSUEB, minutes from downtown and shopping so you won’t find yourself driving or walking far to most locations. Feel free to ask any further questions!

We are 2 working students, who are gone during the mornings and afternoons. We tend to relax on weekends and either study or go out. Our house is always kept tidy and organized. We hardly ever have guests over but completely don’t mind your guests over as long as they are respectful. Both my friend and I are considerate of others and we hope to find someone who is as well.
