The room I have available is furnished with the following: A twin/double sized bed Two night stands and a lamp on each side of the bed. Highboy dresser. Built in bookcase. Lighted Ceiling Fan. Sliding Glass Door that opens to the backyard patio. Bricked fireplace in the room. Shared Bathroom. You will also have use of the kitchen, in house laundry, other rooms in the house. Driveway parking. We are a No Cannabis/ No drugs home. (Ideal for someone that is drug tested at work.)
My home is just over 3,100 sq ft. so I have a lot of room/space! It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. My profession is banking/finance. I have a partner that is also male. He works for a tax company part time. We are just a simple small group (currently 4 guys) that go to work and relax in the evening. Sometimes we play table pool or cards but this is not required of you. Does this sound “like noise” to you? Not a problem really because we are quiet and respect your sleep time. Your room is after all in the opposite part of the house! My point….NO DRAMA here! We are just guys that get along and looking for other guys to share my home with us.
