The room available has outside access to the backyard via a sliding glass door. Their are built in book cases. The furnished bed is a twain with nightstands and lamps on both sides of the bed. Their is also a highboy dresser and double rack closet. Their is a ceiling fan, wing back chair and free standing lamp. The room is cable ready although wifi is provided. If you are a student, we can make space for a desk and move the dresser to a more convenient position. Their is also a bricked wall with an area for a fireplace insert should you choose that option. You will have access to the yard. If you enjoy gardening, than talk to me! I have an area set aside for vegetables. However, you may plant other ornamental plants (per my approval) in the yard.
I am a 56 years old man. I have a partner that is a 57 years old male. We currently have a 31 years old male that is not gay and has his son on the weekends. (Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.) I also have an other roommate that is 30 and not gay.
