I don’t get what’s been going on lately with search results but this house is in Camden County, near Philly.
Large property with a garden looking for a gardener! (If you’re into that sort of thing. If you like mowing lawns and other yard work, you will move to the top of the list. 😅)
Smallest room in a three-bedroom low-fragrance, COVID-conscious house available (6.5 x 12 feet. The gap in the wall is about 4x2 deep. This does not count the entryway bit). It has room for a bed, dresser, desk, bookcase, but maybe not all of those at once. It has a small closet and a door the cat can’t open.
Why doesn’t this site have the ability to put 1.5 bathrooms anyway? Seems weird. Anyway, 1.5 bathrooms.
Tons of attic space for storage, driveway parking. Walkable neighborhood with main street.
No smokers, candles, perfumes/cologne, or vapes. Non-negotiable for health reasons
Roommate 1: Homeowner living on property (not your landlady, mommy, secretary, or credit card company). I am an ovo-vegetarian, queer, disabled introvert. Love board games and books.
Roommate #2: Gamer who works at an animal shelter. Loves Star Wars.
Two elder cats in the home. They don’t get along well with others.
Utilities are split between how many people live in the house at one time.
