I don’t get what’s been going on lately with search results but this house is in Camden County, near Philly.

Large property with a garden looking for a gardener! (If you’re into that sort of thing.)

Why doesn’t this have the ability to put 1.5 bathrooms anyway? Seems weird.

Tons of attic space for storage, driveway parking.

About the roomies

Ovo-vegetarian, queer, disabled introvert. Looking for someone who respects that I still need to mask in public, and that sometimes I can’t be as on top of things as I like because of my chronic illness and recent surgeries. You will never want for vegan chocolate-chip cookies, books to read, nor someone to play a board game with. When I have spoons, I like to cook, especially Ethiopian. Still trying to make decent injera, though. I work from home.

One other person in the house, 30s, quiet gamer.

I keep a low-fragrance household, so no smokers, candles, perfumes/cologne, or vapes. I am allergic to weed and asthmatic, so this is non-negotiable.

I have a cat with anxiety issues from my last roommate’s cat, so no other pets, please. I have another cat as well, but they were raised together. 🐈‍⬛🐈 <– second cat’s not really orange, but she’s got the personality of an orange cat.
