White shaker-styled cabinetry and DESIGNER luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. PRE-PLUMBED for an electric car! Since the living room is a shared space I painted the walls added trimming, got a huge sectional with reclining seats and a 75 in tv for movie nights! Which I hope you’re friendly enough to watch a movie and play some board games! It is also situated close to neighborhood parks and shopping. I have three bedrooms currently for rent. The upstairs Main bedroom is large with ensuite bath that has a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and nice size walk-in closet. I am currently looking for $1,600 and am willing to consider couples or a family of up to 3 depending on circumstances.

Cleanliness habits: please clean after yourself, there’s a dishwasher just rinse and place. Vacuum your bedroom at least once a week and wipe your toilet and close it. Don’t leave hair on sink and floors. (similar cleaning habits avoid resentment)
Social Life: guests are permitted just limit them or give a heads up NO PARTIES (we have Soboba Casino Resort for that) just want to ensure a comfortable living environment.
Lifestyle: smoking and drinking, l personally don’t mind but smoke outside whether it’s a cigarette or weed; we have a nice lounge area for that in the backyard.
Respect: Respect yours and others personal space, belongings, and boundaries.
