Hello, my name is Nicole, l have been residing at the property for 2 years and in the meantime l have upgraded the home fingerprint door handles, turf on the backyard, remodeled the front yard, got a deep freezer, new washer and dryer, security system, solar panels, SmartHome features and pest control service it has a great Room, dining area and the island kitchen with breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel built-in appliances. Shaker-styled cabinetry and DESIGNER luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. PRE-PLUMBED for an electric car! Since the living room is a shared space I painted the walls added trimming, got a huge sectional with reclining seats and a 75 in tv for movie nights! Which I hope you’re friendly enough to watch a movie and play some board games! I am in process of painting and adding cabinets to the laundry room upstairs. I have three bedrooms currently for rent. check out the other listings!

I am looking for RESPONSIBLE, RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY roommates. Able to maintain STABILITY and possess strong COMMUNICATION skills for conflict resolution and willingness to compromise. FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL of BOUNDARIES and BELONGINGS. Have a steady job and consistently pay share of the rent.
Sleep schedule: sharing a similar sleep schedule (Seeking someone with a compatible sleep schedule to prevent disturbances for myself and others.)
Cleanliness habits: please clean after yourself, there’s a dishwasher just rinse and place. Vacuum your bedroom at least once a week and wipe your toilet and close it. Don’t leave hair on sink and floors. (similar cleaning habits avoid resentment)
Social Life: guests are permitted just limit them or give a heads up NO PARTIES (we have Soboba Casino Resort for that) just want to ensure a comfortable living environment.
Lifestyle: smoking and drinking, l personally don’t mind but smoke outside whether it’s a cigarette or weed; we have a nice lounge area for that in the backyard.
Respect: Respect yours and others personal space, belongings, and boundaries.
Open and honest communication: Vital for resolving issues before they become major problems.
