Your room is sunny, carpeted and furnished with a Queen-size bed including comfy foam mattress. (Bedding can be supplied.) Also available are: desk, chair, small bed-side table and standing room lamp - though the latter furniture is optional. Approx. 12x10 plus large closet space. The full bathroom, which is exclusively yours, has a tub and shower, granite counter sink and large wall mirror and is directly across from the room. (The bedrooms are on opposite ends of each other, so full privacy is guaranteed.)
The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, gas stove/oven, microwave and available for light cooking. There is a window with a long view above the sink so you can stare out the window when cleaning your dishes. :-) A back door by the kitchen leads out to a small balcony. Having two doors across from each other also creates a wonderful cross breeze.
The living room space has two comfy lounge chairs (instead of a couch) and is a wonderful space for reading or just chilling out.
The garage space is available for storage as well as a locked, safe space for bikes, e-bikes, motorcycle, surfboards or other toys. No cars or other vehicles are being parked in the garage. Parking for your car would be on the street. All utilities and internet are shared and run approx $50-70/per month per person. No other extras.
This is a quiet gated complex with happy tenants, many of which have lived here a long time and that is well maintained: well-kept laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers (only $1.25 per wash or dry). Large pool with lounging area and sun deck chairs as well as a spa jacuzzi that is always kept hot! (Many surfers live in this complex.)
Prefer a professional or student who works outside the home or attends school/university during the weekday. The space is NOT suitable for couples or pets (even if they stay in the room).
