Walking distance to restaurants, shops, entertainment and train station (connects to San Diego airport and Union Station in Los Angeles.) The apartment is shared with a 29 y. o. woman who occupies the other bedroom.

My remaining roommate is female, 29 y.o. is studying for a masters and works a lot! You likely won’t see each other very much.
