Hello all! Come live in this beautiful 4 bed 3 bath. Located 10 minutes from Golden, 30 from Boulder and 15 from denver. 3 miles from the light rail and an hour to Summit County. Everything brand new and works great. New flooring, carpeting, kitchen, and all appliances. Currently, we are a sales manager, teacher and nurse all in our 20s. We are looking for one like minded, fun, young professional to enjoy this amazing house with us. Lease is month to month and deposit is $700. The $850 is all inclusive (utilities and internet).
