I am moving into a 2 bed 2 bath at Sierra Ridge apartments very soon and would like someone to split the rent and bills with. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, with a shared kitchen and living area. I have toured the room and property and it is very peaceful and the residents are friendly. The unit itself has recently been renovated after a long-term tenant moved out, so the kitchen appliances and flooring are brand new. There is plenty of covered parking and the unit is directly beside the parking lot. Though the unit is downstairs, the tenant living overhead travels for work and is usually not there, so no footsteps! The location is ideal with many restaurants nearby, a gym less than 5 minutes away, and easy access to highway 198. The unit does not come with a washer and dryer though the hookups are there. We can discuss pooling our money to get them later.
You will not have to meet the minimum income requirement of 3x the rent per month as I meet that requirement alone. You will have to pay the application fee of $30 and pass a background check with references.
I am in my late 20s, I work full-time and spend a lot of time out and about. I mostly use my place to cook and sleep. I will probably not be there on the weekends. I like keeping my living area clean and I greatly value peace and quiet. I may have people over but generally we are not loud.
