Small unfurnished bedroom in a new build 3 bed 2 bath house for a single person - no exceptions. Ready for move-in July 1st. The house is in a newly built community at Pleasant and Milner in NW Tulare. You will have your own bathroom and access to the kitchen, living area, washer/dryer, and garage.

Note: the other bedroom is also for rent but is currently vacant. The bathroom will be shared between you and the other tenant.

Rent is $700/mo and deposit is $400. Rent includes all utilities and WiFi. You only need to pay your rent. The room is unfurnished but I can furnish with a mattress and frame, nightstand, and dresser; contact me for details.

I am currently the only resident. I work full-time throughout the week (sometimes weekends) and am usually out of the house otherwise. When home I am usually cooking or working on my hobbies. I value peace and quiet above all, with cleanliness coming in at a close second! I had various roommates from my late teens to mid-20s so I am no stranger to sharing living space - I can be social or if you’d rather keep to yourself, that’s totally fine too.
