Roommate is moving out and looking for somebody to take the empty room.

The room has it’s own bathroom with both private entrance and entrance to communal areas. About 100 sq ft. Walk-in closet.

Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stone/oven, microwave, refrigerator in apartment. Pretty unfurnished as roommate that is moving out owns the communal space furniture. Porch and generally quiet neighborhood.

Apartment neighborhood has pool and fitness center in a gated community.

Electric and WiFi are separate bills.

Deposit of $810 would be needed after approval, by time of signing lease.

Not looking to include kids and couples. Also preferably longer-term.

About the roomies

I am a gay man, who has only lived with females, but have had plenty of straight male close friends, so I have no problem with either gender as roommates. I have a cat and student of metaphysical spirituality.
