Rent is $900/month, water and sewage separate through complex. Move-in starts July 1. WiFi and electricity are separate and typically range between $80–$150/month.
You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom (unfurnished), with additional space available if you’d like to bring in extra furniture and make it your own.

About the roomies
I have a super loveable cat. Between my full time job and the gym, I am often out of the apartment. When I’m home I’m chill and usually to myself. I’m a student of metaphysical spirituality. Only occasionally have company over, definitely not a frequent thing.
