In a quiet area with lots of street parking. Rent includes electricity, water/trash, gas, internet and laundry. Close to parks, schools, freeways, grocery stores - centralized safe area to be.
There are two other tenants in the house, both working professionals who are quiet, clean and chill. One person is in a back studio with their own entrance and bathroom and the other person will be in the main house with you. Would consider a small dog under 15 pounds. No smoking inside.
