About the room
You will have TWO rooms with its own bathroom and hallway that can be locked . One would make a great bedroom and the other an office. Both rooms have closets and there is a built in the hallway for more storage . Shared kitchen. Laundry, utilities and internet are included .
There is a queen bed that can be included
Neighborhood is primarily quiet , safe with ample street parking. Near the 60 and 71 freeways.
Open to 6 month up to a year lease .
About the roomies
Property is shared with two professionals . One in the main house master with bathroom and the other in a seperate building with a bathroom . We are very quiet , clean and mellow would like someone who is quiet, tidy and like a calm living environment. There is a small chihuahua and medium cat in the main house .
No overnight guests without prior approval.
