Space may accommodate one person, a couch is provided for occupant.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, and is a walking distance to a elementary school and other institution.
Amenities:
Bath room will be shared with one other person, must be cleaned after use to maintain cleanliness.
Kitchenette privileges allowed for light cooking must be cleaned afterwards.
Laundry: On-site
Utilities Included: Electricity, water, gas, and high-speed WI-FI.
Occupants will also have access to the property’s patio, which will include a barbeque grill, and adequate comforting.
Parking: Street parking
Pet Policy: Small pets; under 35 pounds.
Mandatory security deposit of: $300
