Mandatory security deposit of: $700
Utilities Included: Electricity, water, gas, and high-speed WI-FI.
Parking: Street parking
Pet Policy: Small pets under 35 pounds.
Smoking, illegal substances, and marijuana even medicated is prohibited.
Drinking is okay, but in moderation.
Overnight guests will not be allowed.
The bedroom will not be furnished (Please consider bringing your own necessary appliances that are reasonably sized to fit in the room.)
