Convenient access to freeways, public transportation and bike rides. Conveniently located to the Zoo, Aquarium, Rio Grande, Hispanic Cultural Center, All Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Old Town and much more. Perfectly situated to gyms, grocery stores, restaurants, retail and specialty stores to meet your everyday needs.
The house is fully furnished and is a three bedroom with four bath sanctuary. Each bedroom comes with a king size bed, sheets, towels etc. The house is adorned with Southwestern and Native American art! Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Common areas include kitchen, living and dining room. We have an on-site washer and dryer. The room will have access to the back yard via French doors located in the room. Small yard perfect for coffee, relaxing and gardening. This room is for the master bedroom.
We are a professional, no drama, established married couple that live onsite. We enjoy the southwest region and the beautiful blend of Native American and Hispanic cultures. We are Art enthusiasts who collect and manage original and cultural works of art. We do travel extensively and you may just end up with the serenity of a quiet house shared with another roommate (occupies the other bedroom). We would like to find a roommate to share our space who enjoy quiet and peaceful living.
Our current roommate occupies the other bedroom and also has his own bathroom. We all manage and upkeep the home with shared responsibilities. He is home most of the times and keeps to himself. Honestly, we all enjoy our quiet time, privacy and own space.
