We travel frequently, so at times you may find yourself enjoying the serenity of a quiet home shared with just one roommate, who occupies the second bedroom at the back of the townhouse. He is home most of the time, respectful, and keeps to himself. All household members share responsibility for maintaining and caring for the home. We each value our privacy, personal space, and quiet time.

The townhouse is located in a relaxed, working neighborhood made up of everyday people simply living their lives. The area is stable and friendly, with the natural sounds of daily living — an occasional rooster in the distance, neighborhood children playing, neighbors chatting on their front porch, dogs barking, and cars passing by. If you are highly sensitive to normal urban sounds, this may not be the right fit. Indoors, however, we maintain a serene and peaceful environment.
