About the room
Hi, we have one bedroom for rent in our spacious 4 bed / 2 bath house in Arvada (only 5 minutes from Olde Town Arvada and I-70)! It will be available starting Dec 1.
The room is $850/month and is on the basement level. It’s not huge, but comfortable. The bathroom is shared with one other person
The house itself is a roomy and comfortable split-level with a large kitchen, two living rooms, basement, garage, and patio. There’s a large fenced-in backyard that backs up to a park. The common areas of the house are mainly furnished, but we’re open to making changes if you have neat things. The bedrooms are not furnished.
About the roomies
The three of us here now are 29-39 and we’re looking for people of similar age who are cool, respectful, contribute to the house and clean up after themselves! (No couples or kids, sorry.)
Must love dogs! We have a very sweet and energetic pittie mix. We would welcome a very calm dog, but no other pets.
We are looking for roommates who share our values - progressive, environmentally conscious, easy-going and friendly. It would be great to be able to hang out with roommates when we’re around, but also respect each others’ need for space. Must also be 420-friendly as we do smoke in the house.
A lease of either six months or one year is required to start, as well as a security deposit of one month’s rent upon signing. All utilities are included aside from $40/month for heat in winter months (Oct-Mar).
