Available 15 July! You will have your own private room and bathroom. Common areas are fully furnished (see photos) but am happy to share/make changes together.
The complex includes access to a pool/Jacuzzi/bbq area, a gym, laundry, and designated parking (we will be parallel parked). It has a small balcony, is close to green spaces (right next to a park), and has easy access to the 27, 101, 118 freeways. I am very clean, neat, respectful and quiet. I work full time outside the house and take pride in keeping a clean and organized place. I always clean up after myself in any shared spaces and would ask the same of my roommate.
I am pretty active and spend most of my hours at work/gym/or on my art and am friendly but largely keep to myself. I am a low key, drama free, introvert, hoping for a housemate who appreciates a calm, peaceful, and tidy home. I have an indoor only cat, and a 10 yo child that will visit overnight 1/week.
