I’m looking for a female roomate to share a 2b/2b in Canoga Park move in 15 July as my current roomie is moving. Shared spaces are already furnished, you’ll have your own private bedroom and bath. I am very clean, neat, respectful and quiet. I work full time at Trader Joes and take pride in keeping a clean and well kept house, I always clean up after myself in any shared spaces and would ask the same of any roommates.
I spend most of my hours at work, the gym, or working on my linocut art prints. I am quite friendly but tend to keep to myself. I’m a very low key drama free person. I have 1 indoor only cat who is friendly and well behaved. I am single with a 10 yo child that will visit 1 night/week but we will largely will be out of the house.
