The room is a fully furnished with shared bath (bathroom is rarely used by others but does have a second door connecting to another empty room), and walk-in closet. The house is a fairly large home with plenty of space and all common areas are shared (kitchen, living rooms, patios, balconies, dining rooms, etc.). Additionally, the house is in a nice suburban neighborhood with a neighborhood park and country club nearby. We do not allow smoking in the house. Also, we are currently not accepting applicants with pets (sorry).
Current roomies are young working professionals and students. In our free time, we tend to play board games, video games, watch movies and other chill activities. Additionally, we have a park nearby with tennis courts and other activities available that we like to use. We have a border collie and a cat (the dog is not allowed upstairs where the rooms are located).
Roommates tend to be very diverse, so we are looking for candidates who are understand and accept that. We do not discriminate based on gender, age, sexual orientation, political affiliation, race or any other attribute or aspect of an individual and we expect the same of our roommates.
