Room details: The room is a furnished or unfurnished with shared bath, decent-sized closet, and access to nice yard. Utilities are included. You would have access to all common areas of the house including living areas, kitchen, dining areas, laundry areas (washer/dryer), and storage areas not being used for maintenance purposes. The house is in a nice suburban neighborhood. We do not allow smoking in the house.

House Details: This charming ranch-style home has been well taken maintained in a nice neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den. Outside, you’ll find a beautifully landscaped garden, a storage shed, and a workshop. It is right off of 377, this house resides in Birdville ISD and is minutes away from the Diamond Oaks Country Club, Topgolf, and Haltom Road Park. It’s also close to shopping and dining while being only a short drive to downtown Fort Worth.

Current roomies are young working professionals and students. In our free time, we tend to play board games, video games, watch movies and other chill activities.
