3 bedrooms, 2 are currently claimed and one is still open. $425/month would be rent split three ways. Also I really am not worried about a security deposit. Just having extra money each month is gonna be huge for me. Large living room with a deck in the back and a small front yard. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen setup, and good sized bathroom compared to most student housing at least.
Just me and another so far. He’s an engineering student I haven’t known long but he is taking hella credits and will be taking school seriously. Just graduated from a school in WI and now I work as a consulting utility forester but am planning to start a masters soon. I play a ton of guitar and am mostly either writing music, exercising, working, studying, or vegetating to anime or YouTube. I am not exaggerating when I say I’m able to make friends with pretty much anyone but relate best to people who grew up watching too much adult swim and/or have tripped balls on a heroic dose.
This is important but I don’t smoke weed or drink and I am trying to keep it that way. Im fine being around people who are a little buzzed or absolutely baked as a cake (as long as it gets smoked outside) but I’d really like to keep my streak of 5 years sober going. That being said I actually prefer hanging with stoners unless they’re burnouts.
