It is the downstairs unit of a duplex. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two refrigerators each with a freezer above. I will update with more info soon but just wanted to get this started. We will be moving in before the end of June 2026.

There are three of us and three cats currently and we are looking for a fourth. Right now it is me - Jack Murphy 29 Male works in forestry. Alli 25 female works in early childcare counseling. Killian 21 full time student with a part time job as a bartender at Rico’s. None of us really party at all. Killian and Alli both occasionally smoke weed or drink but I very rarely notice and I don’t think Alli even has either in the house. I smoke cigars outside. We all prefer cleanliness and order but also go through periods of complacency with it lol. I am a musician that plays a lot of guitar but am respectful about not playing past 9 pm on weekdays (10 if I get carried away and forget but I wake up early so it’s never super late).
