It’s a big and spacious, newly renovated house with lots of street parking in a quite neighborhood that is in the center of San Diego. Close to shopping centers like Mission Valley Mall and Fashion Valley Mall, 10-15 minutes from Convoy, Downtown, the airport, UCSD, SDSU, etc. The house has a large open kitchen with waterfall quartz countertops and backsplash with new stainless-steel appliances. The house also has a spacious backyard area and big garage for storage space.
Current tenants include myself, my boyfriend and 2 males. We’re all young professionals that are very friendly and clean. We have all become friends that like to hangout occasionally. We do food nights, game nights, and small parties from time to time. My partner and I are the landlords of the property and we both work from home. We also have 4 very sweet cats.
