About the room

Private bedroom with a shared bathroom in North Clairemont (zip code 92117) is available for rent as early as August 1, 2026. We’re ideally looking for someone to move in by September 1, 2026 at the latest. The rent is $1,380 per month (utilities not included). 1 year lease term. Single occupancy only. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with quick access to the 805 Freeway. The house is co-ed and offers plenty of convenient street parking directly in front of the property.

Utilities, Wi-Fi, and shared household supplies average approximately $120 per person each month.

The common areas such as the living room, dining room, sunroom, and kitchen are fully furnished. The bedroom will not be furnished. You’ll be sharing the home with two young working professionals, Dana and William who are respectful, friendly, and easy to live with. We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, responsible, will take care of the place and values a peaceful living environment. To help maintain that atmosphere, parties are not permitted.
