Transferring to CU and looking for someone to take over my lease for July ‘25 - July ‘26 at the Cottages of Fort Collins! It is student housing close to old town. Must be a woman and attending any school. The lease is seperate from the other roommates’. It’s a spacious room with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Comes furnished with a bed, night stand, dresser, desk, and chair. Amenities such as a pool, gym, volleyball court, hot tub, and a free shuttle to CSU are included. Very close to a Walmart. Utilities are around $75 a month on average.
