Looking for someone take over my Jul 2026 - Jul 2027 lease as I’m transferring down to CU. Spacious room with walk in closet and private bathroom on a separate lease. It is a furnished unit and comes with a bed, desk, dresser, and chair, as well as a couch, chair, coffee table, and kitchen chairs. Utilities are usually $45-65 per month. You have the option to renew.

It is a 5 bed 5 bath unit with access to a pool, gym, free shuttle to CSU, and volleyball court. Pets are okay. I’ve had no issues living here and think its a great place for the price and amenities.
